Scouts...

A big part of my life... Just realised that in the past 2 days, I spent at least 16 hours at scouts. And thats not counting the time i spent at home preparing things for it all. No wonder I keep running out of time during the weekends :)

Here's a little preview of what we're all about:

Scouts really are amazing, and going through the internet sites and videos on YouTube to try and find something to put up here made me realize just exactly why I love it, all the hard work and all the long hours aside...

Cause it's an amazing feeling to be a part of something so big, to try and make a difference, to strive towards something really good, and for so many more reasons, that I can't write them all down. Not only cause I could ramble on about it for pages and pages, but cause a lot of it can't be put into writing... Have you ever tried to explain how you feel about something to someone and just couldn't think of any words? Or tried to explain what it is that you like about a certain thing and you couldn't think of a better reason than the fact that you simply love it? Then you know how I feel right about now :) Besides, I seriously doubt that anything I'd say could make u realise just why scouting is so addictive 2 a lot of people. The best way to find out is to just go out and try it :)

Scouting really changed me, it made me more confident and to feel free to be myself, who i really am. Essentially, it shaped me to be the person that I am today. And if you knew the person who I used to be, that would tell you a lot. But since you don't know who I were nor really who I am now, that must be a bit hard to really notice, so you'll just have to take my word for it :D
